We are proud to release our newest resource for all Passageways Customers!  With the launch of the community, you will now be able to ask and answer questions of your peers in addition to sharing any nuggets of wisdom you have learned or great ways you use your portal.  We facilitate this information sharing currently through Peer Webinars and one-on-one calls between customers on a regular basis (and plan to continue doing so moving forward), but with access to the community, you are now able to connect directly to your peers at your convenience. 

Over the course of several years, we have been able to experience with you the deep impact of collaboration between organizations and the affect it has on the level of use with individual portals.  PowWOW 2005 was the formal beginning of customer collaboration at Passageways.  39 attendees from 23 organizations shared popcorn on paper plates, portal stories and built friendships that will last a lifetime.  PowWOW has certainly changed over the years, and although we don’t eat off paper plates any more, the collaboration and friendships continue to grow.  While we recognize the power of PowWOW comes from the personal experiences we are all able to have together, we are excited to offer you a new service that should help to tie you over until the next PowWOW rolls around…

For those of you who know me, you know I view our entire group of customers as part of the BIG Passageways family.  We ARE a big family, and look forward to the family reunion each year at PowWOW.  With the new community, we can daily check in with one another, share ideas and questions and stay current on all the great things we are doing throughout the year.
