Another Passageways Peer webinar, "Getting the most of your Products and Services Module" presented by Rosanne HoogenBoom from Alliant Credit Union located in Chicago, IL to be held on February 18, 2009 at 2 PM EST.
The Products and Services Module is a great enterprise wide communication tool to provide a ‘one stop shop' for up-to-date information on products, services and new initiatives.
Using the Module for more than a database of information makes for cross-functional participation, enhanced frontline expertise and a knowledge resource. Alliant Credit Union has structured the module for all products and with a recent business acquisition, used the module to provide employees with key information on the business integration.
Also included in the presentation will be information on how they plan to incorporate "Products and Services" into their "Passageways Knowledge Management" application. They will be linking all documents in Knowledge Management back to their Products and Services module.
