Stephan Fluhler has served in his role of CTO of First Merchants Corporation since 2004. Prior to his current role he was FMC's Corporate Change Manager where he led the design and implementation of FMC's Project Management approach FMC uses to integrate acquired companies.  He received his M.B.A. from Ball State University in 2003 after he obtained his Undergraduate Degree in Economics and Finance from Barry University in Florida.  Stephan is responsible for the FMC IT budget as well as all aspects of the Technology Environment at FMC. He leads a team of 37 staffers to support all internal and external systems infrastructure across the enterprise.
