Xceed Financial Shows You How to Stop Treating Your Board Like a Pen Pal

It's hard work keeping the board up-to-date. You have all these packets you have to mail back and forth. If there's a correction, that's another full packet. Somebody forgot an addendum? That's another packet. It's a full-time job just to keep track of it all. The board makes the big decisions, so why do they have to rely on the post office or e-mail to get what they need to know?

Join us at 2:00pm EST, July 29, to see what Xceed Financial (formerly Xerox Federal Credit Union) did when it saw this huge drain on resources and sought out a modern solution. They identified that they needed a central, secure place where all of their information packets (they call them "databooks" over there) could be downloaded. They didn't want to spend any more time and money on printing. Michael Primbsch and Tom Nakagiri of Xceed Financial will be discussing why they chose a Passageways Board Portal Solution and what it's done for their day-to-day interactions with their board. Extensive Q&A will follow the webinar presentation where attendees can ask the tough questions. Register now so you do not miss the rare opportunity to experience a thriving board portal by an progressive credit union.

Michael Primbsch graduated from California State University - Long Beach with a degree in Fine Art. Somewhere along the way, his unrealized dream of designing cover art for albums (remember those?) was replaced by a love for producing all that extra marketing stuff that comes along with monthly account statements. After more than a decade of credit union marketing experience, he now acts as the Online Marketing Manager for Xceed Financial, responsible for the implementation of online marketing tactics including social media, email communication, website content, member-facing eCommerce partnerships, and most recently, RSS feeds.

Tom Nakagiri is Xceed's Online Banking Manager, in charge of the Online Banking system as well as other electronic services, such as Bill Payer, eStatements, and other web-related systems. He worked in the Xceed's marketing department for 11 years prior to his new position in the IT department. Tom attended both UCLA and Penn State.

Following Primbsch and Nakagiri's presentation, there will also be a live demonstration of the Passageways Meeting Packet Creator by VP Paroon Chadha.  Please register now to ensure you don't lose your seat!

Mike and Tom did a great job earlier this week as we have received numerous emals saying the same. Unfortunately, we were not able to get the webinar recording done but some slides maybe soon be sent to all attendees. Just wanted to share our sincere gratitude to Xceed Financial for sharing their great success with Board collaboration and showing us all the way!
